The Economy Magnetic Enamel School Board Range provides for the optimum, most durable and cost effective writing surface available to any school. 

These are the "genuine article" Magnetic Enamel School Boards that not only conform to, but exceed SABS standards. Due to the unparalleled service life of Vitreous Enamel, these are the only boards prescribed and recommended by the education department.

Genuine Enamel Magnetic Chalk Boards are non-porous and won't absorb chalk (called ghosting), because the surface has glasslike properties. Due to these superior properties the board surface will also not become smoother over time with consequent reduced writing ability as experienced with imitation boards.

These genuine enamel boards are guaranteed to remain functionally unchanged for 20 years and will last even longer if not abused. The Economy Range of Chalk boards are recommended for general purpose Primary School use.

• Surface: Magnetic steel board, matt olive green in colour, maximum chalk contrast and readability, easy to erase, optimum viewing from all angles, exceeds the requirements of SABS Standard CKS 36/2004.
• Construction: Magnetic, all steel fabricated board with rear stiffeners and sound deadener.
• Boards: Wall mounted individual boards.
• Fixing Components: Included.
• Screening: Boards and swing leaves available with white permanent markings. Options include 50 mm lines, 50 x 50 mm squares, music staves and lines for ledgers, journals or cash books.
• Chalk Rail Options:
  ACR - Standard, extruded Aluminium Chalk Rail fixed to the boards during installation. Enhances the overall appearance of the boards.
  PCR - Permanent Chalk Rail manufactured as an integral part of the board and provides a more economical solution that cannot be removed, especially if theft is a concern.

Optional Extras:

• Swing Leaves: Double sided nonporous enameled steel sheets in an epoxy coated tubular steel frame with a hinged bracket (top) and a pivot pin (bottom).
