About the Author
Nerine Ahlers het aan die Hoërskool Menlopark gematrikuleer en aan die Universiteit van Pretoria gestudeer, waar sy in 1985 ’n M.A.-graad verwerf het. As gekwalifiseerde taalonderwyseres, hoofsaaklik in Frans, gee sy ook klas in Afrikaans en Duits op hoërskool, onder andere by St.
Mary’s DSG en die Hoërskool Menlopark in Pretoria. Sy is getroud met Johann Ahlers en het twee dogters, Joekie en Rianné.
