About the Author

Dr Jenny Edge is a surgeon and head of Breast and Endocrine Surgery at the University of Stellenbosch.

  Dr Ines Buccimazza is head of the Breast Unit, member of the Multidisciplinary Breast Team and a senior specialist in the Department of Surgery at the Nelson R. Mandela School of Medicine at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Durban.
