About the Author

Terri Grant is an emeritus professor who headed the Professional Communication Unit (PCU) in the School of Management Studies at the University of Cape Town for 14 years. She still teaches widely at several local and international universities and consults privately in business and industry, combining academic research findings with hands-on commercial experience.

  Rea Borcherds is an ex-director of the PCU and is currently a trainer and executive coach, equipping individuals and teams with essential communication practices in today's workplace.
