Frik de Beer and Hennie Swanepoel have been attached to the Department of Development Studies at Unisa for many years. They have also devised training courses in development project management, development communication and trainer training, presenting these from Cape Town to Lusaka.
Both have authored various books and articles introducing a variety of aspects of development studies and dealing with issues of development management and participation facilitation.
