About the Author
Emma Johnston (otherwise known as @newearth.mama) is a Certified Advanced Theta Healer & Mind Body Intuitive, Rebirthing Breathwork practitioner, and Kundalini Yoga teacher. She is walking the path of conscious living with her young family on the East Coast of Australia. She is the mother of five beautiful children.
Eleanor Mann (@eleanorbreathe) is a registered counselor, breath worker, and play therapist with a B.A. of Social Science (Counseling), a B.A. of Psychology (Hons), a Diploma in Breathwork and a Graduate Diploma in Child Centred Play Therapy. She was the director of Blue Mounta
