Dr Emily Leeming PhD MSc RD is a microbiome scientist, registered dietitian, and chef. She is a Research Fellow at King’s College London. Dr Emily writes for The Daily Mail and frequently appears in media outlets such as BBC Radio 4, The Sunday Times, The Telegraph, and The Guardian.
