About the Author
ZIBUSISO MKHWANAZI, author of Business by Grace, is the co-founder of Avatar Advertising Agency and Executive Chairman of M+N, a network of leading African advertising and marketing agencies employing more than 200 people, with a presence in Johannesburg and Durban. With over 20 years of experience in the marketing industry, he oversees the overall leadership of the group. Starting with only R2 000 seed money when he was 17 years old, throughout the years – with many trials, tribulations and triumphs along the way – his entrepreneurial journey has led him to create and grow M+N into the professional powerhouse with a turnover of over R100-million. Zibusiso is also a recognised Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, an honour that reflects his commitment to improving the state of the world through his work and influence. He has a strong passion for leadership and entrepreneurship, and has shared his insights and expertise at several business schools and platforms, including Yale, Harvard, GIBS, Henley and Wits.
