About the Author
Vanessa Chakour is a herbalist, holistic arts educator, environmental activist, and founder of Sacred Warrior - a multi-disciplinary and experiential 'school' integrating studies in plant medicine, martial arts, wildlife conservation, and meditation through courses, workshops and retreats.
She has delivered talks at venues such as the United Nations, Brown University and the Muhammad Ali Centre.
