The PREMIUM Magnetic Enamel Board Range with Swivel Board option in either White, Chalk or a combination of the two, provides for the optimum, most durable and cost effective writing surface available to any school, tertiary education or corporate environment.
These are the "genuine article" Magnetic Enamel Chalk and White Boards that not only conform to, but exceed SABS standards. Due to the unparalleled service life of Vitreous Enamel, these are the only boards prescribed and recommended by the education department and those in the know - those who prefer to buy only once.
Genuine Enamel Magnetic Chalk and White Boards are non-porous and won't absorb chalk or pen ink (called ghosting), because the surface has glasslike properties. Due to these superior properties the board surface will also not become smoother over time with consequent reduced writing ability as experienced with imitation boards.
These genuine enamel boards are guaranteed to remain functionally unchanged for 20 years and will last even longer if not abused. The PREMIUM Range of Chalk and White boards are recommended for any school, tertiary education or corporate environment.
- Board Types: Chalk Boards, White Boards, or a combination of both Chalk and White boards in one Swing leaf arrangement.
- Chalk Board Surface: Matt, olive green in colour, maximum chalk contrast and readability, easy to erase, optimum viewing from all angles, exceed the requirements of SABS Standard CKS 36/2004.
- White Board Surface: Semi-gloss, white, suitable for dry wipe marker pens, dust free and thus particularly suited for laboratories, hospitals, computer rooms, offices, food processing areas where the presence of dust poses a health hazard or a potential source for technical problems with sensitive equipment.
- Construction: Laminated boards, front surface, particle board core, balancing backer to rear, anodised aluminium channel surround (beading) with mitered corners.
- Swing Leaves: Double sided (surfaces laminated to both sides of core), factory fitted to central wall mounted board with 200 mm galvanised steel heavy duty parallel strap hinges (top and bottom).
- Chalk / Pen Rail: Chalk and White Boards supplied with an extruded aluminium chalk/pen rail.
